Message Board Pins

Hi Gang,
We're getting some thing done so we can get the pin project going.

A few quick questions for you...these are you pins, so I want to give you what you want.

1. How big do you want the pins? Lapel pins, name tag sized pins?

2. Would you want your screen name on it?

3. What else, if anything, would you like to see on it?

Well! I want one that will nicely take up the logo area on a ball cap! I want it personalized and I want it hand delivered!

Small WCI logo pin that is about lapel sized. No screen name.

Carl and others that may not know... it was suggested sometime ago that it would be nice to have some way to identify message board participants so we would be able to meet each other at shows and such. The pin idea stemmed from that discussion and Bob and Shannon are going to create one for us for a nominal fee I think.

I would like to see name size pins with Woodcarving Illustrated Forum, members real name and, if different, the screen name.

I think the screen name is important since I have to admit that there are many of our members that I know only by this name. It is only those who post regularly that I am able to associate a real name with the screen name. And there are some that I have no idea of the real name.

Thanks Fred, lol I haven't ever gone to a show but I think that would be a great idea.

I think it would be neat to use the Fox as the general shape with your name on the body and your handle on the tail. It would be an eyecatcher

My 2 cents:

A simple pin, identifying the wearer as a WCI forum reader/member. Any further information you need can be gathered by... wait for it... _talking_ <gasp> with the wearer.
