Default Message board pins

Hi everyone,
One of our members asked if it would be possible to get pins of some sort made that members of the board could buy and wear to different shows and carving events. That way, if you saw someone at a show wearing the pin, you would know they are also a member of the message board.

I checked with our marketing department, and they like the idea, but asked me to see how many people would be interested.

Pricing, of course, would depend on how many people want pins, and we may work out a deal later on where you get a free pin if you subscribe online, or buy a book or something like that. But in these initial planning stages, I would expect the pin to cost less than $5 if you bought it outright.

So...How many people would be interested? I'm not taking orders yet, just trying to gauge interest.

Bob

Hi BobD, great idea I certainly would buy one. Sure would be easier to look for a WCI pin than each of us trying to figure out what to wear so we can recognize each other. LOL I would pin mine on my Prescott Wood Bee Carvers Club Vest. Come to think of it I'd need two in case one got lost or I didn't wear my vest.

Bob, throw my name in the hat. I also think caps, tees. shirts(good denim with logo), patchs etc... would be a good idea. Kinda like an on line store for the site.Woodcentral(another site I go to has this, might want to look at it and talk to Ellis Walington. Vince PS I could use a good coffee mug to.

Put me down for one. I like the idea of a tee-shirt as well. A coffie mug would be great too, It would have to be a huge one though, 'cause I like a large cup in the AM.

You have my vote for sure sounds like a great idea even if we didnt wear them all the time they would be a great collectors item.
