Default Mark Gargac-style Santas

After seeing all of the renditions of Mark Gargac's Santa ornaments posted here on the message board, we decided to expand the Readers Gallery in the Holiday 2008 issue to two pages focus totally on the Santa and Elf Ornaments done in Mark's style.

What does that mean for you? I'll be picking the photos mainly from submissions by board members. I'll only be able to fit in 6-8 carvings, but I'll make sure the others get posted on the website.

Send me high-resolution photos (300 DPI and at least 5 inches wide) along with your name, address, what kind of wood you carved it from, and how your finished it. My e-mail address is duncan@foxchapelpublishing.com. The deadline for submission is Thursday, Sept. 11.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards,
Bob Duncan
