Thumbs up Great customer service

Recently renewed my two yr. sub. Since I always purchase the special editions as they hit the stands, I'm not usually interested in them for free. So this time, I noted on the renewel form is I might be able to obtain the one issue that I was never able to find.
A really nice lady named Roberta called and we worked it out. So........

A big "THANK YOU" to each and every one who works to put out this fabulous publication........yep, even the people responsible for this board.

My collection is now complete!!!

Credit where its due, I too had telephone dealings with Roberta and found her to be very pleasant and helpful.

I received a msg. telling me I should check my spelling in my last post. I went to it ,and after rereading it several times, I'm not sure of any mistake or wrongdoing. If someone corrected it before i got to it, then thank you.

Hey,I too just renewed my two year WCI subscription and was fortunate enough to find Roberta on the other end of the phone line, very nice lady as Brent states and not just because I live on a street named Roberta st.either.
