| | Gotta love the scratch and dent sales! Just got an e-mail from Fox Chapel for their latest scratch and dent sale. I just ordered Jeff Phare's "Carving the Nose and Mouth" and Jim Maxwell's "Carving Clowns" for $6/each.

I was hoping they would be here by this weekend but nothing yet
@Mike, if you don't have the book on eyes allready I would grab that one too |

At some point in the order process they'll ask if you want to be notified of future deals by e-mail, say YES! That's the easiest way to get on their list. Also add their e-mail address to your address book to help keep those notices from being caught in a spam filter.

I have the book on ears and hair too but only looked at it once when it first arrived. |

I missed a couple of notices too but re-registering for their mailing list has apparently put me back on.
btw, to those who haven't ordered from their 'scratch and dent' sales. You'll usually be hard put to find any significant damage to the books.

I also ordered the Ian Norbury book....been wanting that book for a couple of years now but couldn't justify the price tag. You can't beat the sale price. I am told it has shipped and I should get it any day...woooowhoooooo! |
