Default Free Issue Offer -timeline?

Hello!

I signed up a week or two (about the same time as I ordered my books from the 'Scratch and Dent Sale) for the 'Free Issue Offer'. I received a confirmation number and it stated that the magazine would be sent 'shortly,' but I'm not sure how long I should wait before following up.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

The Major.

It does take about 6-8 weeks to receive the issue. All orders are entered into our database daily, but "file pulls" are only done bi-weekly. A file pull is when all the information is pulled from the database and sent to our mail house for distribution to the customer. They are then sent via bulk mail, which takes a bit longer than regular mail.

Your scratch and dent books are shipped directly from our warehouse so they arrive much quicker.

If you want to send me a private message, I can look up your account and let you know when to expect your issue.

Hello...

Sorry, I hope I didn't sound impatient.

We've had problems with 'someone' helping themselves to our mail (usually my wife's magazines).

Some never arrive or they 'suddenly' appear torn and damaged in our recycling bin on garbage day. So, I just wanted to confirm that my carving magazine had met the same fate.

I did have to sign for the 'Scratch and Dent' books sent by courier, but I wasn't sure if the magazine was sent the same time.

Thank you very much for the offer, Shannon. Now that I know the timeline, I shall keep an eye for it and hopefully get it before the 'Magazine Bandit' strikes again!

The Major.
