Default Flat plane Santas, Holiday gifts issue

I very much enjoyed this issue. Lots of great projects! I had my grandson out in the shop this morning working on one of the relief carved Santa ornaments and he had a lot of fun. Although the ornament didn't come out perfect,it was time well spent. I finished two of the flat plane Santas yesterday. Although they are not trully flat plane,I enjoyed making them! Great issue!

Good job, Don. Glad to see new up and coming carvers, besides time spent one on one with Grampa. Like the two different techniques on the Santas. Brian D

Cool little Santas, I want to do a couple of those as well. Glad to see you sharing the hobby with the young one!

Don, those are cute little santas, a nice gift for someone for sure, looks like you've got a good little helper there as well.
