Default Cotton Wood Bark Section ?

I think it would be great to have a cottonwood bark section here on the forum.

Dave,
I think that is a very good idea. I have carved cottonwood bark for ages. It is good enough for a section. I am for it.

Thank you Art, I have been carving basswood and just carved my first piece of cottonwood back in march, now I just can't put it down. I really enjoy the fact that you just use your imagination and carve away. I really enjoy carving the bark houses, I have not tried a wood spirit yet, I may need to take a class, or buy a video.

I'll add my approval for what it's worth for a Cottonwood Forum. Actually, another thought maybe to include more carvers it could be a 'Found Wood Forum.' Just a thought or not. I do like the idea of a Cottonwood Forum I think it would get a good response.

Why Not. As aharvester and carver of Bark, I would enjoy a Cottonwood bark section/topic.

Count me in. Cottonwood bark is my preferred material - woodspirits and gnome homes.
