Hi Tim,
I'd check in with our customer service department at 1-800-457-9112 or customerservice@foxchapelpublishing.com. The folks in Customer Service would be glad to help.

This sounds like there was some sort of computer glitch in your order...But the customer service people will make it right, I'm sure!!!

Best Regards,

Indeed, things can happen, as with any other company, but bad service? No.
Good communication? Absolutely!

The order info is consistant with my order, but I don't think the shipping time is by any means excessive. No idea why folks get so bent out of shape over these things.

My expectations were met and I am very very happy to have received my books, especially at the discounted price for 3 of them.

I don't have a problem with people asking about their shipment. We'd all like to get our items as fast as possible. I did see that the order was on "Black Friday," and I know we were hammered with internet orders (our office was closed). That's why I suggested contacting the customer service folks. They're the ones who can confirm the order was placed properly and let you know the status.
