Well I vote for keeping things the way they are , I store my WCI magazines in binders utilizing the punched holes for what they were meant for, 2 years worth of issues for each binder.
Have done so since the magazines inception and think it was an excellent idea to provide such a feature.
Drilling your own holes in a magazine ! Gimme a break, if you have the tools to do it good for you, I don't and please don't suggest using those crappy 3 ring binder plastic inserts, nothing but a PITA to me.
Lastly, as for dropping the drilled holes feature to save costs , what's next?
Just my 2 cents worth.

I started out using the binder, but decided it was easier to pull them off the shelf without haviing to take them out of the binders. If there is money to be saved by not poking holes then I vote for not poking the holes. wh

I keep mine in the throne room! And pull them out as I need them. Sorry if that is to much info! LOL I don't need the holes in them, but if some do, that's okay!

I'd be happy with “No more holes, keep subscription prices from increasing!”

It looks like you can give the staff that raise that they were promised! The holes go!

Am I missing something?............Does this only apply to subscription issues? I've bought each issue since last summer from my local magazine store, and don't see any holes in them.
So I'm not voteing; 'cause I don't know what I'm missing........

I keep mine on a shelf for quick reference, so it doesn't matter to me.

After I entered my opinion on the poll, (doesn't matter, don't like um) I looked at my copies and realized for the first time that there were holes! Wouldn't I make a great detective?

Shannon... Have I missed something along the way or did WCI ever offer binders to go along with the holes?

Given that so many folks really wouldn't miss the holes might not this be an opportunity for WCI to market a Woodcarving Illustrated Slip Case to store and protect old issues of the magaine? I've got 44 issues jammed onto a shelf that I'm constantly trying to keep vertical to they don't get all bent up and dog eared!

I keep all my issues in a 3 ring binder. Its just easier for me to keep them accounted for. If I need to go thru an issue, I pop open the rings and slide the issue out.
