Default Santa Ornanment (carving eyes)

4 of 7, Pix. #1) Center lines and top portion of the eye penciled in. Pix#2) I picked this little detail knife up at the Dayton show and have been using it on carving the eyes on these ornaments for the past week, the blade measures 5/8" in length, holds it's edge real well, and works real nice in small and confined places, I also like using this knife at and around the wings of the nostrils and smile lines. Pix.#3) Starting at the inside corner of the eye and cutting in at the upper line penciled in. Pix#4) Continuing the cut to the outside corner for a stop cut across this area. pix#5) Slicing up at the outside corner and removing a small wedge of wood.
