Default New U Tube Video

Right now Iam working on a new video ( its not finished yet) of a big headed santa ..

already people are asking for the pattern .. so here it is

Take the pattern and enlarge it to be 4 1/4 inches tall and its 1 3/4 inches thick ..

Iam trying to get the rest of the videos finished soon ..

Looking forward to seeing this one Gene! You can really use that pattern for several different caricatures...but I think I like your santas the best.

Glad to hear that things are looking up for you! I will still keep you and your family in my prayers my friend!

Blake

Gene, I watched the video this AM of the Santa. Once again, you've hit a homerun! He is a cute little guy and I can't wait to carve him. Thanks a million for sharing your love of carving with us.

Gene,

I really appreciate your dedication to teaching carving. These videos are great!

I'm always amazed at how easily your knife goes through the wood. I know it's sharp! But is there something else special about it? Brand? Thickness of the blade? The blade seems much shorter than what I use (1" vs 1-1/2"+).

Hope your life is getting closer to normal.

God's Peace to you,
Dave

Dave .. the knife I use is a Ron Wells knife and I think for flat plane .. it is one of the best made ..

The blade is only 1 3/8 in length and I use it for smal or large projects ...

Mike Shipley now makes and handles the knife ..

Thank you so much for your encouragement and prayers Dave ..

God Bless you

Gene
