| | Mtn. Man Mask (Thread #11 eyes) Pic #1) The cut with the #7/13mm palm gouge ends right at the inside bridge of the nose that defines the eye brow . As you finish the cut bring the tool up and leave a good hard stop cut.
Pic #2) With the same gouge (#7/13mm ) make the removal cut.
Pic #3) I am switching to a #5/20mm gouge and removing some wood in the temple area to narrow the face some in this area.
Pic #4) Results. Notice the right eye orbital I have taken a #7/6mm palm gouge and shaped this area . I let the tool dictate that shape in there that started at the outside edge just slightly above the center line and brought the tool up to the center of where the eyes will be than back down across the bottom of the brow.
Pic #5) Just under the penciled in line is the results of the cut I made in Pic #4)

OG | How do you do that? and what is a pdf file? Actually, it should be a thread here, a non responding thread so anyone can see the tutorial! | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
