Susan,

A fine tutorial in the 2D-3D prospective, which is one of the hardest things to learn or explain for most.

I wish I would seen this back when I started, I would have not have stumbled for years with the many failures I did have...

thank you for sharing your knowledge and artwork knowledge.

sorry for not responding sooner, but i been busy with the new shop cabinets and filling them all......

Great thread Susan! Love your sketches! Really help you get your mind around an object. I'd love to be a little mouse in the corner watching you sort through all those treasures!

This is the plasticine version of 3-d pattern making ... and a little doodle of my beloved Mike on his new lawn tractor.

Hey Susan, the only thing wrong with that picture is Mike should have his tongue out one corner of his mouth, in deep concentration LOL

Well now Hi Ho - I did put his tongue sticking out. BUT! His beautiful mustache is so thick and full you just can't see it

Hey kathy! Not really but he does have a gorgeous mustache and beard and the biggest lawn tractor in the neighborhood! We have 3 acreas with about half in wild meadow so when he mows he's makin' hay.
