Default The Archer Bust Tutorial

I decided to take a step into the unknown and develop a tutorial of my own that hopefully will help someone take a stab at caricature carving. I have chosen to carve a bust of an Archer and I have a tutorial for carving the head ready. I hope you will follow along with me and carve your own version. Here's the link to my blog and here are a few pictures of the final head.

Hi, I tried to get to it. I keep getting the same message;

Sorry, the page (or document) you have requested is not available.

I will try later. Thanks,

Try it now Bob. I think the problem might have been due to a sharing setting on the hosting site, and I think I have it fixed. Let me know if you still have the problem.

Yes, that's where the tutorial is stored. Blogger does not have any provision for attaching documents, so I had to uploade it to Google Docs. Let me know if there is any problem downloading it from there.

Sorry Scott, I tried the link again and it did just as you said and went to Google Docs home page. I think it's all fixed now, but then again, that's what I said last time. This must be my first tutorial or something .

It is working just fine now. I just downloaded it and looked thru part of it. That was a lot of work. It looks like excellent instruction.
Thank you very much for all of your work. This will be fun.

Excellent instruction. Sort of like Lynn's but different. I have blanks cut out and will be starting in the morning.
I can't thank you enough for doing this. You should see a whole bunch of carvings popping up after this gets around.
Thanks,
BobT

Hi Brandant,

Thank you for taking the time to develop this tutorial and sharing with others. This is how we learn and it advances carving, too.
