Chuckling at Hi Ho!

For Lynn, it's more like, One ribbon, two ribbons, three ribbons more!

I suspect Lynn has a backlog of projects in his head. The one that I think would make a great carving is one showing Judy pulling his hair to get his head out of the way of her camera shot!!! She is standing over his left shoulder with the camera... he is sitting at the carving bench with a carving in his hands...

The things that man creates just blow me away!

After creating your channel or "account" w/ YouTube you are ready to subscribe to Gene Messer,Gene Webb,Arleen from Carverswoodshop and anyone else you may find interesting. You can enter what you are looking for in the search bar on YouTube and when you find someone w/ vids that are helpful, you can then sub them by clicking on the button on the video or I like to visit their actual channel which can be found by clicking on their name in blue under the video.

I am a subscriber to Chris Pye's video lessons and am currently working on his Green Man project.
I don't think anyone offers more challenging or detailed video instruction than the ones Chris has on his video"channel".
It's also full of some very useful general carving information and "best practices" type information.
I think it costs me about $9/month. A very fair price for what he offers and how accessible Chris makes himself through the site. He has kindly and promptly provided answers and additional details on several questions I asked him through the site.

I am on Chris Pyes lessons, just started but he has the classes of skills that I really need to sharpen up on and get going on the more serious stuff. I have a major commission that I need to get serious about and it is a hard wood that is rare....so I can not afford my normal what-ever attitude. Chris classes are in the areas that I really need to work on. This coming year I have paid for classes that cost but are to get me to the next level. So my focus will be on studies that I am sure will teach me what I need to know. Also I will be doing some more of Lynns, he is a wealth of knowledge, and he is fun to learn from.
