Hello everyone, just learned to carve now for about a year.
Never thought I would enjoy it as much as I do, love to fish too.
now I can carve & fish outdoors.

Howdy and welcome aboard. I second what Mark said - try carving fish and make the two hobbies complimentary.

Try searching for pictures of carved fish, you'll probably be amazed at some of the carvings you find.
