It is truly good to be back in the carving world. I know my site is horribly stale......and as we speak I am in the process of a complete site re-design.
I hope to have it up within the next couple of weeks.....
I will have another online carving class starting around May 1.
In between all of this I am moving next week from Albany, OR to Idaho Falls, ID.
So I have a full plate.
Please consider signing up for my mailing list and I will keep you appraised of the progress of my site.
May your carving be joyful! |

I'm sure the class will be excellent! Good luck on getting settled in to your new home and I hope to take a class from you in the near future!

Thanks for the nice comments on my web site. It certainly was a challenge. The whole time I kept telling myself........I am a woodcarver not a webmaster. But I guess you gotta do what you gotta do to get 'er done.

I designed the web site using Web Studio software. I looked into Go Live and Dreamweaver but the learning curve was way more than I wanted to take on. Web Studio is basically drop and drag. Just up my alley. Cost about $170 I think, but you can test drive it for up to a month before you buy. They have a very helpful users forum and very knowledgable folks who surf it. They helped me a lot and got me over the hump when I was about to throw in the towel.
I have to tell you, it was never my intention to do my own web site, but my previous webmaster disappeared on me and left me with a very stale site that I had no way of updating. I decided I would never put myself at the mercy of a webmaster again.........so ya gotta do what ya gotta do to get 'er done.
