Default Shell Pattern

Does anyone have a pattern for a simple shell?

Thanks
Chuck

Sea shell or one meant for furniture? Carving patterns and Nora Hall both have nice patterns depending on the type you want to carve.

I guess I should have been a little more descriptive of what I was looking for. No papasar, the peanut shell will not do. The sea shell for furniture is what I am looking for. Both Nora's and Lara's have a little to much flair for what I was looking for. Robert, actually that one is a little too plain. Thanks anyhow, I guess I'll keep on looking.

This is a shell from Fred Wilbur's book, "Carving Classical Styles in Wood". I carved mine (not quite done) in mahogany. The second photo is what it should look like when it's done. Mike
