Default paper manikin

I was needing a paper manikin for a project I am working on. I found this one online. (Google Images) I'm posting it here in case anyone else needs one. If the "USAF" is an indicator, the government probably spent a fortune creating it! The format is Microsoft Word.

Take care,
Dan

Lynn, the parts you referenced were either not standard issue or are on back order due to budget cuts.

Take care,
Dan

If you'll go over to Lynn's blog site OutWestWoodCarving

And scroll down the page you will find a set of his paper manequins.......surprised he didn't mention it. Anyway, he has done as much as anyone here on the board to advise and instruct on developing and creating really fine western caricatures.

I don't do (or haven't yet) done caricatures, but if I do, I'll sure utilize his instructions, and I'd like to thank him for all the great input he has provided here.

BIG THANKS, LYNN!

Al

Thanks Al. Appreciate the kind comment. However, my manikin doesn't have any boobs either! As they're always in my minds eye I really don't need a manikin to remind me how they look.

They didn't loose theirs it was WE who lost ours! My wife's always telling me that the older I get the less I have back there so I can't afford to lose much more.

Sorry Dan. Your post has taken a bad turn! Don't worry though....Someone will probably step in soon and shut us down.

Hey Lynn,
I can live with the bad turn. It's a lot more fun than work! As for the age thing, I'm told that in a few more years we won't remember what we had or what it was good for.

Take care,
Dan

I think I've already reached that point! Here's a good oldtimer joke for you:

Two old guys
are pushing their carts around Wal-Mart
when they collide.

The first old guy says to the se cond guy,
'Sorry about that. I'm looking for my wife,
and I guess I wasn't paying attention
to where I was going.'

The second old guy says,
'That's OK, it's a coincidence.
I'm looking for my wife, too..
I can't find her and I'm getting a little desperate.'

The first old guy says, 'Well,
maybe I can help you find her.
What does she look like?'

' The second old guy says,
'Well, she is 27 yrs old, tall,
with red hair,
blue eyes,
long legs,
and is wearing short shorts.
What does your wife look like?'

To which the first old guy says,
'Doesn't matter, let's look for yours.'
