Default "Operation" Wood Carving

[ATTACH]28001.jpg410[/ATTACH] I have a woodcarving that belonged to my step dad and I know nothing about it. It reminds me of the old "Operations" game. It is signed by someone named Stewart. Would anyone know anything about the artist that carved this piece or its value?
