I also found a bunch used at Amazon. Hey...a picture is a picture,,,words on a page don't wear out. If the jacket is a bit dog eared,,so what? I can still use it. Sorry I can't offer any more if anyone was interested. The stash at the 4 local bookstores is gone.
Though they did come out with another title by the same author.......$60.00 book for $19.00,,,,,yeah,,, I got it too!

Many of those great photos are on the website Bob provided and according to their copyright the photos can be used without prior permission in certain circumstances such as for teaching and private study. Check their website for an explanation.

Many other historical native american photos that are online are probably also included in that copyright if they are part of the Edward Curtis' collection as Northwestern University states that they own the digital copyright to the collection so it is best to be sure before you use them.
