Default animal carving on the corner of a log home

i came across this today on loghome.com and needed to find a place to share it with people who are in to this kind of stuff. you guys might not think it's that great, but i think it's incredible:

We live in a log home. And, on occasion, there are animals that while not carved in it do carve on it. The squirrels especially like the front wooden steps for the salt that's left from our sprinkling it on the snow and ice. Woodpeckers too like to stop by for an occasional peck. No beavers yet but I have seen the occasional racoon scampering across the roof.
