Default World's worst Engraving!

Well, my lovely lady and I haven't officially tied the knot due to disastrous first marriages, ergo I have not purchased wedding bands or such for myself. I thought that after six wonderful years together I might remedy that situation by carving myself a ring after seeing Forrest's lovely piece. My ring shape turned out fair, but the engraving was inept at best. I think I will stick to carving. I do now wear the ring proudly, but I will take it to an engraver one day I think.

You betcha Gene and Fred, I'm not afraid to try anything, and I'm not afraid to share my disasters. I'll keep practising and I'm sure to learn and get better over time. I keep learning from the good folk on this forum. Cheers all. Joe.

The engraving makes it personal, Joe. And like Gene said, it's the thought that counts.

J+S ?? I also think JS stands for "Just Super" ring my friend.

In anything we do it doesnt matter if its comes out the best but you are showing your love for her so dont worry about the rest. I like it Joe!!

Thanks Ed, that is why I wear it with pride. Something from the heart is never a thing to be ashamed of. Joe.

Forrest, my button carving friend, coming from you that is pure poetry indeed. Thank-you for taking your time to stop by. As always, your comments are welcome. Joe.
Herb, I am glad you think so. It looks a little like the initials we used to carved in tree trunks as kids doesn't it? Joe.
