Default In the works...or I'll get around to 'em someday

Here's a few things I'm working on when I have time. The big ones are of course, Mtn Laurel. The piece in back is cut off the one in front and is big enough to get another carving out of. The small white one is a piece of Rhodadendron, then another threadspool and a Mahogany bear I've picked up and put down several times. Not too good with people, even worse with animals

Hey Mike, if I had that stuff on my bench and the speed that I work at, that would be about a years work for me, good luck my friend, be sure to keep us posted on your progress as you go along.

Here's some progress, albeit not much. The small one is being done by hand and the bigger one is being power carved. The small one is turning out to be a bust of a grizzled old confederate soldier. The large one started out as a golfer at adress, but might end up as something else.<grin>

Hey Mike, looks like yer gonna be busy for a while. May I suggest trying a different lighting set up, pics come thru as very red and really sorta hard to see. Just a suggestion.

I turned the flash off because otherwise the pictures came out very white and no details were visible. I might have to start taking pictures outside?
