I'm thinking of a story that a tour guide related about how sacrificial mayans were forced to wear an ornament suspended between their eyes which caused them to go cross eyed..... I'll wager carving these little guys would serve that purpose well. Those are some cute little ornaments.

I have a wood bin where I toss my scraps in and promise myself I'll take the stuff out to burn it, but but but

Anyway I like the small stuff, too. How about a shot of the knife that you used? Big as a Bowie???

The knife used on the small stuff is the OAR CARVER. The blade comes to a nice point, and maintains its edge very well. That is after Rick at Little Shavers did his reshapeing magic. Another nice thing about carving small, is that while carving at the doctors office just let the chips fall into you shirt pocket. Thanks for looking.

Good gosh, that knife does look like a Bowie in comparison.

BTW, are your eyes really that good, or do you need magnification?

Ha! I'll bet you got pockets full of dust! Does your dryer screen look like mine? Ha! These are so great! I am enamored with them! I'll bet it is neat to get a handfull of them all together to look at! How many can you hold in the cup of your hand?

Tom, just great! Yes, it makes me think about all the chunks of wood wasted! Excellent job and I am sure you make a lot of people happy when you give them away.
