Thanks for all your kind comments. In looking at the pictures, I see that when viewed from the side in profile, his uper lip is..gone!! I somehow carved off the upper lip, he looks all caved in. I guess I got tunnel vision and only looked at him from the front. Leason learned...a three dimensional object has multiple sides..look at all of them. Now I have to(get to) carve another Indian guy to correct this. thanks again for taking the time to look at my carving.
