Default Warm Brave

Here is the figure I carved yesterday and today...I kinda like him...think the folds of the blanket worked out pretty well. He is 3 inchesx1x1 inches..acrylic wash..no poly yet. He started as a cowboy, but I messed up the hat and after I recarved the top of his head, this is what he turned into. Hope you like him, I enjoyed carving him a lot.

I like him!! Old Chief Big Nose. You did a neat job changing him and it seems he was meant to be a Indian in the 1st place. Plus your painting made him come to life!! Nice work!!!

Nice carving! I like the fact that you didn't turn the cowboy into firewood, but took another look and modified it to a little indian.

Mistakes often turn into our best pieces when we persist. Well done, he is a great looking Indian. Joe.

Great job on that lil' guy! He was meant to be a little indian after all, and the fact that you didn't give up just proves it! Nice paint job, too. I love him. Bonnie
