Nice walking stick. The guy already looks tired...you may have a hard time getting him to walk with you

Hello Vic, great job on your first spirits! Keep it up and you will do just fine! I like you carve a lot of spirits and other faces in bark and found wood. I usually don't have any idea for what the carving is going to be, I just start carving and at some point it will tell me what it is, and indian, Santa Claus,or a spirit, ect.

Very nice stick ,maybe your name should be stickman. Sumac ?looks like it carves well.

Vic, Those spirits are great little guys. Now those have personality. The combination of eyes and noses make these guys just a little whimsical.

Hi
Thanks guys I used the Sumac because i was not sure if i could carve the face and i figured if i messed it up it would not be a big lose.But after carving the Sumac i found that it is a nice looking wood and easy to carve.Shot i might even try another one.i really like takeing my boys and looking for the sticks!!!
