Default Tom H Wizard

Here is my rendition of one of Tom H Wizards. It took me a little longer than 5 minutes ;O). I find that I am incapable of carving one of these guys without going overboard on detailing. Plan to paint the eyes only and dip in oil to finish. Hope ya like it!

Jim OH, Sorry bout the mailbox! Been up at the Evart Roundup. Wizard look great. Why paint the eyes on, when you're one of the best eye carvers?

Those do make such a nice and quick afternoon project. Way to go on adding extra detail... just let yourself go and make it your own. Thanks for posting.

Hey Jim, great little 'Wizard', I think Tom H got us all carving those wizards and santa's. I know I've carved a few.

Nice job Jim. I have one I'm working on and I'll post a pic later today maybe. It certainly was taking me a LOT longer than 5 mins. But I suppose once you get the steps down you could rip em out pretty fast. I'm a fairly slow carver though.

Cheers

great little wizard! I'll have to try one, because I'm a really slow carver also. Maybe it would help me to carve faster. Show a picture when he's finished.
