| | Re: toco toucan He's beautiful! If I had a fast connection I'd say send it to me and I'd resize it. But that big of a photo would have me sitting here for a good half hour waiting. I'm sure someone will come along and help you out.
Do you have a way to resize your picture? If you do, resize it to be no wider than 550 pixels,( at least I think thats the maximum) and then below this box click on manage attatchments, click on browse and find your newly resized picture, and click on upload. IF its still not the right size it will say so on that box, and give you the right demensions you need for pixels size. I've had to resize a few times to get a picture to upload right. Once its uploaded you can close that box and click submit reply and it should be under your post.
Good luck and lets hope you can get him in here.. he's a pretty one! |

| | Re: toco toucan Keith, from what I see, he looks great! As for sizing pictures, I had problems a while back and BobD posted a link to a site to help, I'll go back and see if I can find it for you.
Yes, here it is: http://woodcarvingillustrated.com/f...read.php?t=4696
The easiest thing to do is to download the software Rob suggests. Then put your photo on the desktop, right-click on it, choose "resize". This will bring up a new dialog box...click on "advanced" then you can size it to 480x640 easily!
Call me if you need help!
Bob
This works great, Keith. It just takes seconds to download. If you have any questions, let me know. Good luck! Deborah |

Al | what size is it? . . . heck I dont know I told the guy that one there looks about right size the place I went to only sold fish eyes it was clear with a round pupil so I colored it with a sharpie marker
it looks larger than it is due to the coloring around it
I tend not to folow any rules when makin stuff
its more fun that way
I am presently trying to fix the picture so you all can see his feet too
