| | Re: Starting a new project Glad it helped Tim,
I wanted to play a lot with the angles and shadows one reason I picked this piece. To help give you a bit more of an idea I did little work on it today , so I though I would let you see a bit more of a perspective for the update.
The erasers are 1 inch wide . And the danish oil is the standard one pint.

Really good carvings of them erasers. Lettering is perfect. They almost look like the real thing. You didn't tell me about those magic erasers. So thats how your carving so fast! Just rubbing out the wood Huh! Ok off to Staples to buy a case of magic rub erasers. Hey do they leave much dust?
Goody

| | Re: Starting a new project Thanks Whitecree,
This will be the last update for a while , will be heading to Ind. Family business and a Lincoln to be taken care of , I will take photos so I can post when I return.
Hope you like the ladies, I am into doing the fine detal points . Before I start the background and then the frame. I will be taking this one with me so I can see if I can get some of the clean up done when I have a min or two free.

| | Re: Starting a new project Simply classic and beautiful. I can't suggest even one little change ... unless that it be that this carving was in my shop instead of yours
