| | The start of a Fireplace Mantel Hi, I started making a Fireplace mantel at my cabin, but the weather turned bad, so we moved back home. I brought it home to work on this winter. I started this thread yesterday, but I guess I used the wrong title. You can follow my progress by clicking on my blog. http://lumberjocks.com/jocks/Chipncut/blog/13 Dick

| | Re: The start of a Fireplace Mantle Very nice. A mantle piece is on my list of projects too. Probably a year or more down the list, but it's on the list.
Thanks for showing us your progress.

| | Re: The start of a Fireplace Mantle Thanks Virgil,
I just viewed your website. I really like your fish. It's nice to see the wood grain. I think a natural clear finish is the best.

| | Re: The start of a Fireplace Mantle What a neat place....but...being in the desert....I prefer more than one month of summer/sunshine lol. But your place is like camping in a campground year round! ..........back to the duct work, how did you neck the pipe down to get to the various tools? I have tools down to 11/2 "outlet for dust control, all the way up to 3" ? | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
