As far as i can see, and i'm not a bird carver it looks great, A friend of mine that carves birds told told that it was more determanation than patients.

I haven't done enough birds, let alone a peregrine falcon to give you any knowledgeable critique. But, it sure looks good to me. I am curious about your pattern/pose. Is it an original? I have not ventured that far yet...all my birds are from someone else's composition and drawing work.
