Thanks all ,
The hooded Santa is for a client in Pa. It was cut from her white pine Christmas tree from last year. If you look close you will see 2009 in the robe.

Work in process goes fast , this is the brownish Santa . It is carved in Spanish cedar.

I too really like the hood/cowl and the way you carved the folds...very nice indeed! Yep! It's certainly 'that' time of year, looks like everyone is gearing up for the Holiday Season including me...fun, fun, fun! Again, great carving and be sure and post a few photos of them when you finish with them. Continued carving to you!
