You're farther ahead than I am Ash. I have a Santa drawn out on a piece of butternut but I need it roughed out and my band saw is too small. I still have two months left so perhaps I'll be finished before Christmas. Yours are turning out very well.

Looking really good Garry, now thanks to you and Goody I will be carving up a storm pretty soon. BTW Garry sent me one of his carvings, just got in from my grandsons hockey game I will post pictures of it later along with one I purchased from Goody both are excellent Santa's. Sorry but its too late tonight this old man needs his rest.

love the santas in the works... that over hanging hood is wonderful and I am sure, difficult to get under to work on the face. It will be great when you finish it. Will you post progressive photos as you go? I do hope so. I can't wait to see more.....
