 Santa Plays Golf?? Hi Folks! I just completed this golfing Santa. He was my first try at carving actual hands. Up until now, my Santa's have only had mittens. Anyway, it was a real challenge. I almost threw him away a couple of times, but I just hated to give up. After I read Susieq's thread about lopping off pieces and adding new ones, I felt a lot better about this little guy. His shoulders were too short and so I had to add more wood for those and then his hands were way to big and I re-did those and then of all things, his feet just weren't right so he got a new set of feet! Whew, I was glad to get this guy finished! Critiques are welcome. Thanks for looking. Joy  |
