Default Remember this guy from childhood?

As I continue to try and get my Granddaughter weaned away from playing with carved Rats ...(ech)....... I have tried replacing them with squirrels, but now she plays with the squirrels and the rats together, so I'm giving "bunny's" a go!

I tried a typical bunny first, a small version of the one in the current issue, but she was only so so about it. So I remembered that she "loves" the Peter Rabbit stories! So .......... !

AWWWWWW!!!!!

What a sweet idea! My little Mary loves to take the Santas I carve and hold them in her arms like little babies. Maybe I should try something like this!

Spent Sunday painting him and Octavia showed up just in time to see him finished! That smile was worth every moment carving and finishing!

Glad you like him folks.
