| | Re: Relief Carving WIP Hi Nancy;
This piece is 13"x30"x2" thick. It is basswood. I haven't decided when I do all the board work on the wooden houses whether I want to burn it or just carve it. Will see what it wants me to do when I get that far.

| | Re: Relief Carving WIP Very pleasing composition! It looks as thought you could follow the road right out of the archway! The time you have spent on it shows. I hope you'll show more pictures as you progress with it.

| | Re: Relief Carving WIP That is an awesome scene. Well done! I love the wrap around effect you have on the buildings, and the depth gives plenty of great shadows. Very cool piece!!!
