Default Patches!

Just another bear! Figured I'd call him patches. Haven't figured out what I'll do with it yet! I didn't have anyone in mind when I carved him. It's southern basswood and the wood had some checking that I had to work around.... 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 6" finished with acrylics and a coat of satin water based polyurethane.

Hi Eddy, Patches turned out great, glad you didn't give him a brown patch on the backside.

Eddy, Patchs is great. I'm really getting to apprediate these type of carvings more and find them satifiying for an evening project. Not a lot of wood but lots of character. Al
