Default Open Book
A simple project I've just completed - 50 mm Obeche.
Since I do not have a wood burning tool at the moment, I painted the sides brownish black and then used a sharp blade point to remove paint to achieve the illusion of 'book pages'

Nice job..What is it about carving a book that for some reason is fun?I get a kick out of doing them.Yours came out very well.
