Good question! He wasn't too specific. When he first moved down here to work, his' kids laughed when they closed the schools because of four inches of snow. The oldest told me "gosh, that's just a dusting"!

The UP is Gods' country. Michigan is going through some hard times, but as the South used to say, "We will rise again"!
