| | Re: New Project!! Off to a good start Ron! The body has a nice slight lean away from the pocket hand...looks natural. To me, it's those subtle things that give a carving character. |

| | Re: New Project!! I agree, Ron, you're off to a good start! I like the way the pose looks 'natural' too, that's something I'm working on, I want more 'life' into my work......you know, not so 'wooden' looking! Deborah |

| | Re: New Project!! Ron,
I like it! It'll be great as usual when done. The thing that impresses me the most with your work, even more than the obvious obstacles, is the regular improvement. Can't wait to see the next pictures!
Deborah,
If there were any more life in your carvings the fairies would fly away before you could photograph them!

| | Re: New Project!! Ron you are like the ever ready bunny. You just keep on going and going wow the way you turn these carvings out is amazing. Ron when I look at your roughout the first thing that came to my mind was "Big Foot" you know the pose that we have all seen on the documentaries as if he was suprised by a human. What ever you decide it will be another great carving. Your style is yours my friend I would now know your carvings anywhere. Colin |

| | Re: New Project!! Sorry Ron now I look more closely I see that his head is not turned what I was looking at was his ear. I now see by the first picture he is looking straight on. But the pose for a Big Foot was right on maybe your next carving. Colin |

| | Re: New Project!! Hi Ron, I like the direction your going with your skinney person. I like the stance too very natural looking. It's wonderful that you are taking the challenge and doing it from your head. It will turn out just great! Kathy | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
