Default New Gnome For The Garden

Hi there. I started carving this gnome in June. When I had a few spare moments I would carve for a bit. Well today I made him his wheelbarrow. Now construction on him is done and all I have to do is paint him. I thought you guys might like to see the raw wooden carving, so here he is.

Christopher the Garden Gnome

P.S. By the way, I got my new nick from working on this little guy.

Splendid little guy! He'll look good helping out in the garden. Love how you managed his face, the beard especially. So typically Gnome like.

Beautiful work Christopher!

Don't you hate it when you get cut even after you are wearing a glove?!?! Sometimes I need to wear gloves on both hands when I'm being clumsy!

Great job on whole project! I can't wait to see him painted, he will look even better. What size is he? Looks like you have rightly earned that nickname.
