Default New Carving...George Whitefeather

Below is my bust entry (unpainted) for the upcoming Kansas City show next weekend. He stands about 10-12" tall with the base so he'll be quite impressive, especially when he's painted. Should be quite colorful with the blue revoluntionary coat, red, white, black and gold breast plate, Gold epaulets(sp?), black, white, and gray feathers. The large circular medalion on his chest is, hopefully, going to be a peace medal. Will try and paint a face on it to where it looks like its been stamped. Have the base done and have order the nameplate so hopefully everything will be ready for our early Friday morning departure.

Wow -- again, Lynn.
May I ask the address of the KC show? I'm over near St. Louis and don't think there's much chance of getting to KC but there's always hope.
Thanks

Wow! another wonderful carving. If I were judging that would be right up there at the top especially some thing of that size. The detail and symmetry are perfect thanks for letting us see him. Any chance of seeing him painted before you enter him?
