Default My New Sign

Here's a sign I made for the front of my place. It's all made from spruce

Good job on the sign! How did you do it? Chainsaw, router, good old fashioned hand tools?

However you did it, it is impressive.

The sign looks great, but what is really impressive are your carvings! They are fabulous! I looked at your website, too and you have done some really cool things. And, wow, they are BIG!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments, I used a chainsaw and a couple of router type tools, along with some old faction toolsthe get in around the letters. I burnt the letters with a tourch than sanded them off, than stained.

I'm hoping to get the time to fill my yard with different smaller carvings like the ones under the sign.

thanks again
