| | Re: More Photos from Michael Febbie The Celtic Knot is a Rick Butz spoon, it has a mattie finish and j&j clear wax, and is butternut. The calla lily is catalpa wood with the same finish. The seasonal spoon is catalpa with deft finish and they are from a book by Shirkey Adler. The indian is caltalpa, finished with burnt umber and turp. and the same wax. I wanted to do an indian that looked more like a worrior than most of the typical carvings. Hope you enjoy. feb |
