Default How to make Study Sticks

I added a few posts lately to a blog I started not long ago, and I tought it could be interesting for some of you to see what I came up with.

It's about how I prepare and use basswood blanks to make study sticks.

My goal is to be able to do a study stick for realistic faces someday using the techniques that I prefer, but before that, I still need to work on others techniques. And the best way to do that is by making study sticks from the books I have.

I will add the details about this WIP on the forum here, but the blog will be a way to put all these details at the same place.

Any suggestion is welcome. I don't want to just repeat what can be found on some other excellent blogs that already exist, but just to add what I think is not on these other blogs. We all have our own way of doing things.

Oh, the link is in my signature...

Gilles
