| | Re: little trees done hihi, of course i DO look closely, and ask myself how was it done. i want learn, and learn how others, you , fred, all the masters, ah actually everybody who carves and shows his or her work solve problems. then i can go from there. i am big collctor of ideas :-)
...ah nice, so i saw right...yes, some of what you explain about the trees i have realised on real trees, but some you mentioned not, so good you explained so long...:-) nilly-willy, dont know what that is, but i dont think i thought that ;-) ... thanks for explaining :-) |

| | Re: little trees done Great work, Mark! I love the detail. 1/2" leaves?? Man, I'd go nuts! I think you're right about the shape, but it is wood carving and a lot of things aren't made the same as real life. Besides, the customer is always right as long as they pay the bill! |

| | Re: little trees done Ahhh ,,,Just Carving,,truer words have never been spoken! If they had wanted them carved upsidedown,,or in the shape of triangles,,I would have done that as well. It always seems to be the case of "you get what you pay for",,and for what they paid,,,they got what they wanted. LOL.
Thanks for your comments. I was on the edge of going nuts with this job,,after all of those I was ready to see the job end and turn over a new leaf...O.K.,,,that was bad |
