Default Kinda flat plane wizard

Continuing in the mythical areas, found a marble and just thought; wizard. This time the wood was 3/4 inch x 3/4 inch x 6 inches. Next time will be a bit thicker so he can hold the globe/marble farther out. I guess this means that I'll have to spend some $ on wood. Any other ideas for wizards and marbles?? Oh well! Thanks for lookin. Tom H

Tom,

That's a good looking wizard. As for other marbles/globes, you could try using the small plastic "BBs" from those airsoft guns. You can paint them to resemble a crystal ball. Just spraypaint them white, then stipple some color on them.

tom your doing fine,

not very much difference between a wizard or a santa but color...

and stop saying you got a long way to go, you are not carving realistic pieces, unless i been fooled about santa being real again....
its caricaturization you set out for and you did accomplish that very well... i can tell its a blue santa . . .<Grin> Ha!>

Although you might want a color change on that marble, to a clear one from hobby lobby, they got them with or without glitter by the hundreds and in different sizes, but i think you would be hard pressed to buy just one.
